Esra Karagoz is an award-winning New York State Registered Architect and founder of onE.GLobe, a practice advancing regenerative, equitable, and future-focused development. Her work has been recognized internationally — including the German Design Award, Architizer A+ Awards, and multiple global design competitions — for innovation at the intersection of architecture, sustainability, and computational design.

Esra brings deep experience shaping complex and high-performance environments, spanning urban mixed-use housing, adaptive reuse of historic structures, aviation and infrastructure, civic and institutional facilities, luxury hospitality, and flagship retail. Her background includes leading design and delivery across landmark rehabilitation, large-scale mixed-use and multifamily concept development, high-end hospitality environments, and next-generation workplace, biotech, and medical facilities.

This multidisciplinary foundation enables Esra to navigate technical systems, regulatory frameworks, historic preservation, high-performance building strategies, and development-driven priorities with fluency — from early concept through execution. She has contributed to transformative projects, including the adaptive reuse of major New York City landmark properties, integrating community, cultural heritage, sustainability, and modern program requirements.

Esra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a Master’s degree in Interior Architecture, grounding her practice in both urban-scale thinking and human-centered spatial experience. She has further strengthened her leadership as an architect-developer through real estate development and finance studies at NYU, integrating design excellence with development strategy, feasibility, incentives, and long-term value creation.

Her mission through onE.GLobe is to shape the next generation of urban living — regenerative, inclusive, financially viable, and emotionally uplifting environments that elevate both people and place.
