AIA, LEED AP BD+C, CPHD, WELL AP
FOUNDER & ARCHITECT
Founder
Esra is a New York State Registered Architect and development strategist focused on the origination, feasibility, and delivery of high-performance mixed-use and multifamily projects in New York City.
Her work operates at the intersection of capital planning, entitlement strategy, building performance, and architectural execution. Esra integrates project-level financial modeling, zoning and incentive analysis, massing strategy, and construction delivery to ensure that architectural decisions align with capital constraints, regulatory frameworks, and long-term asset performance from the outset.
Her multidisciplinary background spans mixed-use and multifamily development, adaptive reuse, aviation and infrastructure, institutional and civic facilities, hospitality, workplace, biotech, and flagship retail. She has led projects from early feasibility and project definition through permitting and construction administration, including complex landmark rehabilitations and major ground-up developments in New York City.
Esra’s design work has been recognized internationally, including the German Design Award, Architizer A+ Awards, and multiple global design competitions for innovation at the intersection of architecture, performance, and computational design. These recognitions reflect her ability to translate strategic development objectives into architecturally distinctive and technically rigorous built environments.
In parallel, Esra brings deep expertise in high performance building envelope strategies, Local Law 97 planning, retrofits, and electrification, applying these tools within broader development and asset-planning contexts rather than as standalone compliance exercises.
Esra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a Master’s degree in Interior Architecture, complemented by advanced real estate development and finance studies at NYU. This combination strengthens her role as an architect and development strategist, aligning design excellence with feasibility, incentives, compliance, capital structuring, and long-horizon project viability.
Through onE.GLobe, Esra partners with owners, developers, and institutions to originate, evaluate, and deliver high-performance new buildings and asset repositioning strategies that meet design ambition while satisfying financial and regulatory realities.
