onE.GLobe is a New York–based WBE architecture and development strategy studio working with owners, developers, and institutions on new development and complex existing assets.

We combine development feasibility, architectural design, and high-performance building strategy to help teams define projects early and carry them through design and execution. Our work integrates project-level feasibility analysis, capital and incentive considerations, and envelope-first performance strategies to support informed decisions from concept through delivery.

For existing buildings, we apply this same strategic approach to electrification, retrofit planning, and Local Law 97 compliance, helping projects reduce emissions, avoid penalties, and improve long-term asset performance without compromising design quality or operational continuity.
