onE.GLobe is a New York–based WBE architecture and development strategy studio working with owners, developers, and institutions on residential, mixed-use, and complex existing assets.

We combine development feasibility, architectural design, and performance-driven strategies to define projects early and carry them through design and execution. Our work integrates zoning and feasibility analysis, project positioning, and high-performance building approaches to support informed decisions from concept through delivery.

For existing buildings, we apply this same approach to retrofit and building upgrades, incorporating electrification and performance strategies where relevant to improve long-term asset value and operational efficiency.​
